How is my order delivered?
Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Fridays, please choose your preferred dispatch date on the calendar at checkout.

All orders are posted using First Class Royal mail. Postage will be calculated at Royal Mail’s current rates and will be added onto your order at checkout.

If you live within an 8 mile radius of Penrith, Cumbria, we offer free delivery for service.
 
How much is delivery?
We use Royal Mail First Class for all our deliveries. Please see the price breakdown below, depending on box size.

Packages under 1kg - £3.74

Packages between 1kg - 2kg - £5.47

Packages over 2kg £15.85

I haven't received my order yet?
We aim to send all orders out on your chosen dispatch date (Tuesday or Friday), via Royal Mail First Class. Delivery will be 1-2 working days after posting. 

If you have not received your order by then, please firstly check your emails to ensure you have a confirmation email and that we have received your order. Check a dispatch email has been sent.

If you parcel has not arrived, please check with neighbours or in a 'safe place' where the parcel could have been left. Look out for local post office ID cards, if you have missed a delivery and are required to collect this from your local sorting office. Make sure you collect the parcel from you local Royal Mail sorting office within 10 working days.

Unfortunately, at times delays may occur due to reasons outside of our control, i.e weather, traffic, sorting at the post office.

If you parcel does not arrive, please contact us within 5 days of dispatch. 

 
How do I store my brownies or cakes?
We would advise you to keep brownies and cakes in the individual packaging it is delivered in, and then placed in an airtight container or tin, in a cool dark place.
 
How long will they last for?
We give all our brownies a 2-week shelf life, however we tend to find they are eaten before this!
 
Do you do wholesale order of a cake or brownie?
Yes we do! We are happy to provide home baked products for businesses, events, cafes and restaurants. Please get in touch via the contact us page so we can discuss your requirements.
 
Do the brownies contain nuts?
Please refer to the allergen information, included in the description of each product. All our brownies and cakes are made in a kitchen that uses nuts; therefore we are unable to guarantee there are no traces of nuts in our products
 
Can I freeze my order?
Yes! Although we would advise the brownies will taste better the fresher they are.
